On the hike, we were thrilled to spot the Grizzled Squirrel, an unique and indigenous squirrel. The tufted langur, common langur, and macaques also greeted us. It was fascinating to observe the butterflies and birds. On this hill, many residents do pooja for the god.
this is a nice place to relax and have a good contact with mother nature… but i am worrying about the future of this forest.. liquors, plastics and carry bags brought by the visitors were dumped here and there is no restrictions and supervision for these things . so forest officials should take some action to save the remaining nature of western ghats !! ..
