You can also feast on Bengali special rolls, chowmein, momos, kebabs, fries, cutlets, sandwiches, maach bhaat, chicken and mutton curry, apart from phuchka and a whole variety of sweets. The cooks, dhaakis (drummers) and purohit (priest) are all brought down from Kolkata especially for the puja. Their ladies wing Moitree is quite active and they stage plays and music shows.
