Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Ranchi Adventure via email or official correspondence.
• Cancellation charges apply as per the following schedule:
  • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the trip start date: Loss of booking deposit.
  • Cancellation between 15-29 days prior to the trip start date: 50% of the total trip cost.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the trip start date: 100% of the total trip cost.

1. Credit Card:

   • Ranchi Adventure accepts payments via major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
   • Credit card payments may be subject to additional processing fees or currency conversion charges, depending on your card issuer's policies.
   • To make a credit card payment, please contact our reservations team to arrange payment processing and provide the necessary card details securely.

2. Online Payment Gateway:

   • Ranchi Adventure offers the convenience of online payment processing through secure payment gateways.
   • Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a payment link or instructions for completing the online payment transaction.
   • Online payments may be subject to additional transaction fees or service charges, depending on the chosen payment gateway.

3. Cash Payment (In Person):

   • For participants booking adventures through our local offices or representatives, cash payments may be accepted in person, subject to prior arrangement and agreement.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
   • Refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable cancellation charges and non-recoverable expenses incurred by Ranchi Adventure.

4. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
