Organizer FAQ

Questions from local organizers

Who can become a local organizer on HolidayLandmark?

Local guides, homestay owners, food hosts, transport providers, adventure operators, cultural hosts, village hosts, travel photographers, travel consultants and small tour operators can all join — whether you run a registered business or offer services as an individual local provider.

How does verification work?

When you create a profile, you can verify details such as your email, phone, ID and business. Your listings are reviewed before they go live, and verification badges show travellers what has been confirmed.

How do bookings and payments work for organizers?

Travellers send you a booking request with their dates and details. You review and accept it, then coordinate the final plan and payment directly with the traveller. There is no online checkout in this phase, so you stay in control of your own pricing and arrangements.

Can I offer more than one service?

Yes. A single profile can offer several services — for example a village host who provides a homestay, home-cooked meals and a guided walk. Multi-service local profiles are one of the things that make HolidayLandmark different.

Does it cost anything to list?

You can create a profile and publish your local tourism services to start reaching travellers. For current details on any fees, please contact us at contact@holidaylandmark.com.
