Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the trip commencement date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip will incur a loss of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip will result in a 100% loss of the total payment.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other specified methods. Additional fees may apply for certain payment options.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment, outlining your trip details and next steps.

• Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The date of receipt will determine the applicable cancellation charges.

• Cancellation Fees:

  • More than 30 days before the trip: Loss of the non-refundable deposit (30% of the total trip cost).
  • 30 days or less before the trip: 100% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.

• Refund Process: Any eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Trip Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your trip instead of cancelling, please contact us. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

• Exceptional Circumstances: In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest), we reserve the right to modify or cancel the trip. In such cases, full refunds or alternative options will be provided.
