The cave temple is dedicated to Siddeshawara and a natural spring can be found inside the cave temple. Serious trekkers can continue the climb beyond the temple. The climb offers excellent scenery especially during monsoons when the hill is covered in mist. One needs to be careful about the slippery terrain when climbing the hill during the rains
