Main Rule
Mexico’s entry requirements depend on your nationality, passport, and purpose of travel. In general, you need a valid passport, and depending on your nationality, you may also need a Mexican visa. Length of Stay
Tourists are generally allowed to stay in Mexico for up to 180 days, but the final duration permitted is decided by the immigration officer at the time of entry.
Passport Validity
Your passport should be valid for the full length of your stay in Mexico. Although Mexico does not always require six months of passport validity, having extra validity is strongly recommended to avoid travel problems.
