This museum is completely dedicated to the struggle of Mahatma Gandhi in the Indian nationalist movement and also holds a great historical value. It is considered a symbol of Gandhi’s struggle concerning casteism and British colonialism. Its name suggests that the museum narrates through a wide audience. Gandhi’s role during the Civil Disobedience Movement was mainly to organize the Dandi March against the imposition of Salt Law on Indians. One of the important points in the history of India was the Dandi March, which serves to provide a detailed depiction of the entire event. The museum also contains many paintings, memoirs and relics of Gandhiji, which he used during the freedom struggle of India.
