Queens Land amusement park was established in 2003. Spread over a large area of 70 acres, it is located on the Chennai - Bangalore Trunk road. The well-planned layout and comfortable ambience attract plenty of visitors. The amusement park has rides for the whole family. The longest cable car is the main attraction here. This cable car covers a distance of 1.5 km in 30 minutes. There are nearly 80 twin compartments. Spread in an area of 70 acres, Queens Land Amusement Park is located about 7 km from Poonamallee, on theChennai-Bangalore Trunk Road, in Tamil Nadu.With its international standard rides and other entertainment facilities, the park offers fun-filled atmosphere for visitors. Cable car, free fall tower, Centrox, Alpen blitz, and Himalayan water ride are popular rides available there. A large boating area with high speed boats, fun house, mirror house, swimming pool, cable car, joy ride train,video plaza, crazy house, Ventura river and joy ride train are also offered. The ride on a Centrox provides a thrilling experience while rotating at a height of 30 feet. This 28- seater is well protected with a safety lock.There are other thrilling rides like Alpen Blitz, Himalayan Water Ride and other water slides. There is a very large boating area. High or low speed mechanized boats take you around a beautiful island. |
