It is situated at a distance of 30 km from Chennai and has a sprawling 3 acre campus. The park is beautifully landscaped and has ample shaded seating area. It is a huge hit amongst the kids, because of different exciting rides, and is a great place for a picnic. The facilities offered at the park include a well-equipped pure vegetarian cafeteria, separate change rooms with deposit lockers, souvenir shops, toiletries, eatables

Dolphin City hosts a number of events incorporating various water related activities. The most sought after event in the park is American Sea Lions' performances. The sea lions at Dolphin City have been trained to perform a number of tricks. Visitors often find these animals engaged in intelligent activities.Some other features of Dolphin City include Under Water View, Leisure Boating, Slide Swimming Pool, Open Air Theatre, Chuck Wagon, Disco Scooter, Tea Cup, Animal Simulator, Dragon Ride and many more. The park houses a multi cuisine restaurant and a number of eating outlets. The Notty Nutty Curios in the park complex sells various gift articles, swim suits and electronic accessories.

As the name suggests, the park is meant for recreation from Dolphins. There were initially four Dolphins shipped and used to provide entertainment to their audiences. But unfortunately, the dolphins couldn’t adapt to the surroundings and they died. This forced the authorities to look at other alternatives. Thus sea lions were brought and they still enthrall the audience.

There are some fine eateries in this amusement park. A multi cuisine restaurant of international standards caters to the food needs of the visitors. Besides small eateries can be found which supplies snacks and other drinks. An important feature of the Dolphin city is the curio shop where in you can purchase gifts and other accessories. This shop is very popular with tourists and other visitors.

Dolphin City of Chennai began as a large sea water tank focusing animal feats made by the dolphins. Four dolphins were brought to this amusement park and the launching was really a big success. Unfortunately the dolphins could not adapt to the new habitat. Within six months the dolphins were no more. Thereby the management initiated search for alternatives. This brought about the introduction of sea lions to the park, who went on entertaining the people.

It is located in Tambaram which is almost twenty eight kms south of Chennai It constitute of more than one hundred and ten acres of land. Little Folks:
Little Folks amusement park lies almost forty-six kms away from Mahabalipuram. For the visitors the special attractions are Giant-Piano, Toy Train, Rainbow Fountain, Slide-into-pool, Cartoon show & Paddle-Pool. There is also open-air theatre, which adds more fun and frolic amongst the visitors.

MGM Dizzy world:
At Muttukadu, a place, which lies on the mid way to Mamallapuram, houses one of the famous amusement parks in Chennai. It is called MGM Dizzy world. School children and kids throng it. One can enjoy thrilling rides like karnakasi ranger, water sports, Dashing Boat, Arrow Loop Roller Coaster. A special attraction is to enjoy the Dizee snake ride , almost 110 feet high.
