As it is believed that State\u2019s renowned freedom fighter (Surendra Sai) took shelter in this dense forest. . It has been declared a sanctuary by the state government notified by the Government Notification 2409 \/ FFAH DT 08.02.19 85. This is the ideal house of Chousingha. One can trace Tigers, Leopards, Hyena and Indian Hare in this Sanctuary.
