Goddess sitting on a lion has been shown to kill \u201cBuffalo demon\u201d &#8211; Mahishasura with his two sons, Lord Ganesha and Kartikeya, and two daughters Goddess Lakshmi and Saraswati present a powerful picture standing true its synonym \u201cGoddess of power\u201d. The main puja is three days such as Mahasaptami, Mahaastami, and Mahanavami. The puja rituals are long and very detailed and completed.
