Over the centuries, the Odissi has been developed under three schools, namely, Mahari, Dancer and Gotipu. The roots of the Mahari are from the devadasi tradition, where women were danced to the Gods in the temple. The next dancer was developed in the royal courts. Finally, Gotipu style where young boys wear in women&#8217;s clothing. All the 108 fundamental dance units described in &#8216;Natya Shastra&#8217; are similar in the form of this art. There are thousands of verses which are structured in different chapters. Dance is divided into two special forms in this lesson, namely &#8216;Nitita&#8217; and &#8216;Dance&#8217;. While &#8216;Nitita&#8217; is a pure dance that focuses on the speed of the hands and the gesture on the completeness, &#8216;dance&#8217; is a singular expressive dance that emphasizes the aspects of expression. Natalia Lidova, a Russian scholar, says that this text highlights several theories of Indian classical dances in which the Shiva melodrama dance is included, which are asanas, basic steps, Bhavs, rasas, acting and gestures. In the context of four popular styles of the venerable meaning, namely &#8216;Oda-Magadhi&#8217;, &#8216;Panchali&#8217;, &#8216;Dakshatya&#8217; and &#8216;Avanti&#8217;, the methods of meaningful representation are found in the text, in which Ondra shows this art<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sites of archaeological and historical significance such as caves and temples in Puri, Konark and Bhubaneswar are historical forms of ancient art forms, such as music and dance. The largest Buddhist complex in Odisha, situated in the monastery of Udaygiri, is located in the Manpuri cave, Khairavla, from the Mahameghavana clan, the rule of Jain King of Kalinga, which ruled around 1 century or second century B.C. Cave shows carvings of musicians and dance; Music and dance references are also found in the Hathigumpha inscriptions of Udaygiri, which were written by Kharavel. The antiquity of the music tradition of Odisha is also evident by the archaeologists&#8217; account of lithophones, which is made of Polish basalt with 20 keys. In addition, hands and feet cover the body in the overall form of two sections (rectangle), providing a beauty frame of reference.
