About Astaranga beach:
Astaranga is one of the popular beach of Odisha and Astaranga is a combination of two odia words first is ‘Asta’ it means ‘Sun set’ and second is ‘Ranga’ means ‘Color’. So, it means ‘Colorful Sunset’. It is situated 91 kilometers from the Jagannath temple and 19 km far from Konark Sun temple. The beach is attracts lots of visitor to enjoy the natural scenery. It is fishing village and a community development block in Puri district.
